Salad Recipe: Thai Chicken Salad

Grilled chicken is tasty, so delicious fragrance combined with crunchy fresh vegetables. Wrap in a spicy sauce savory sour make this salad more delicious!

Material:
200 gr chicken fillets
Stir together:
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Fields:
100 gr lettuce, sliced
100 gr green cucumber, thinly sliced
1 piece of red tomatoes, chopped
1 stalk coriander leaves
Sauce, mix well:
1 piece of red chili, finely chopped
4 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 stalk lemongrass, take the white part, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method:

* Marinate the chicken breasts with seasoning until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes.
* Burn on the embers of the fire while back and forth until cooked and slightly dry. Lift.
* Slice thin crosswise.
* Arrange the salad ingredients on a serving plate. Give the chicken slices.
* Pour the sauce and stir well.
* Serve warm.
